A thread for all the pseudo-sports...

A sat and tried watching some extreme fighting championship thing last night on Showtime because the main event looked to be hilarious. It was two old over-weight out of shapes dudes fighting. Anyways, they had a bunch of undercard fights and Holy Moley how does anyone watch this stuff? It was like 1 punch thrown then they would roll on the floor playing grabass for like 3 minutes. well, the main event was over in like a minute when it was obvious that one of them was less over weight and out of shape than the other.

 

Right now I'm watching the Daytona 500. And Dale Jr in the Mt Dew stuff is just looking weird as hell!

Well, not anymore, not since I stopped my cable service. I miss that show so much. Anyway, this is my welcome post to those sports aficionados here - this is your place for the manly world of athletics. And the womanly world too. We've got an astounding Championship football weekend coming up, a basketball season full of surprises, MLB+HGH, Hockey in the great outdoors...so much to talk about, why not start now?

 

I've put categories in place for all of the major sports, and a Misc. category for anything you feel wasn't included. I'm flexible, if we get a lot of requests for, say, a dedicated NASCAR thread, or a golf thread, I'll kill myself. Or maybe I'll add the categories to the list. I'm fair and balanced.
