Cultie need seriose help
My fellow peoples,
I'll cut to the chase. I had to get 15 crime surveys done in a week. They're due tomorrow. I thought two days standing in front of Wal-Mart would provide me with enough, but alas, after half an hour with nobody wanting to take it, I gave up. I still need to get 13 done. It takes like, 2 minutes.
Save this pic file, open it in paint and just fill it out really quick. I tried to make it as simple as possible. They're 100% anonymous. You can skip any ?s you dont know/don't wanna answer. If this could be done by tonight, I would be incredibly grateful to those who participate.
If you help out, I owe you one. And you know us libertarians - our word is everything. I really will owe you, so you can hang this over my head that you helped out.

I would love to help, but I can't draw a 5 in paint at all. I've tried to write good three times and erased it. Any other way to do this?

Ok, it's messy, but I hop you can read it. I've never used paint before. Also, if some of my answers seem inconsistent it's because I moved to a very safe neighborhood 3 months ago after there was a police chase through my backyard at 4:00 Pm on a Thursday afternoon.

Hooray! I wrote the paper and such, so this assignment is completely finished. Ted and Amous, thank you for your contributions as well. Gotta say, I enjoyed reading yours the most with the unique commentary.
Everyone who helped out, I'll repeat that I owe you and I won't forget this! My life was made far easier and I didn't have waste hours an face embarassment asking strangers in front of some supermarket hoping there's one in the mix who would take a GD survey.

Oh yeah, to answer the statistical questions, there's between 7 and 8 million Americans in prison or jail right now, more than any 2 country's prison populations combined, and they (gubmint) also house 25% of the world's criminals. Of course this also means that the US also has the highest per-capita rate of incarceration of any country in the world. Under Apartheid in 1993, South Africa, incarcerated 851 black males per 100,000. Under prohibition in 2004, the United States incarcerated 4,919 black males per 100,000. We lock up almost five times as many minorities as nations with outright racist laws.
And for the sex offender question, most victims are known to the offender.
